Responsibility at the time of Pandemic

It is sad that suddenly Corona cases are again on the rise and unfortunately new Corona Virus strain is affecting much severely. By the way this article is not to increase fear in us but to create awareness of legal things.
As per the statistics, affected cases have increased exponentially from past few days as can be seen in the following picture. In this juncture we Darbha Legal Services would like to inform you our responsibilities by following which we can avoid certain legal penalties.
Yes, in "The Epidemic Diseases (Amendment) Ordinance, 2020 of Epidemic Disease Act - 1897 (That is Original Epidemic Disease Act made in 1897 is modified in 2020)" it is clearly defined what not to do what to be followed. We will break it down to you:
Section 1A: Don't even obstruct or intimidate a health care personnel (Doctor, Nurse or a designated person as such) irrespective of place. So, please control yourself.
Section 2A: Government have right to check any public vehicle (Bus, train, Aeroplan, Ships). So, please support.
Section 2B: No damage of property in anyway.
Section 3 defines punishment: 3 months to 5 years jail or fine upto Rs. 2,00,000/- fine.
Note: If unfortunately criminal case comes into act, then Jail term: upto 7 years, fine: upto Rs. 5,00,000/-.
For safety of our health lets follow steps prescribed by "World Health Organisation".
