In view of the day-long strike at public sector banks, the deadline has been extended to August 5, 2016.
The last date for filing income-tax returns has been extended to August 5. Tax returns for 2015-16 (assessment year 2016-17) were originally to be filed by July 31.

MCA extends due date of Annual Filing Forms under Companies Act, 2013 till 30th November, 2015.

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has issued circular no. 14/2015 on 28th October, 2015 to extend the due date of filing of Forms AOC-4, AOC-4 XBRL and MGT-7 and relax the additional fees for the forms filed till 30th November, 2015.

CBEC again extended the due date for ST return - July to Sept 2012 to 31st August, 2013 from 25th April, 2013 CBEC vide Order No.03/2013-Service Tax, New Delhi, dated the 23rd April, 2013!!!
