The government has strict rules under Section 15 of the MSME Act and Section 405 of the Companies Act to protect small businesses. If your company fails to pay an MSME within 45 days, you are legally required to disclose these delays twice a year using Form MSME-1.

📅 Deadline Alert: 30th April
The deadline for the October to March period is approaching fast. Failing to file can lead to:

A flat ₹20,000 fine immediately.

An additional ₹1,000 per day for every day of delay.

Maximum penalties of up to ₹3 Lakhs for both the company and its directors.

Don’t let a routine filing turn into a legal headache. Check your vendor aging today and ensure your directors are protected!
