⚖️ Mediation Day 2026 ⚖️

A memorable day dedicated to promoting the spirit of peaceful dispute resolution and justice. On 9th April 2026, a rally was successfully conducted at Tenkasi in collaboration with
S. Thangapazham Law College and the Combined District Court, Tenkasi, spreading awareness about the importance of mediation in society.

The awareness programme held at STLC premises was graced by the esteemed Chief Guest, Shri K.N. Guru, Judicial Magistrate, Shencottah, whose inspiring address enlightened students about the significance of mediation and the noble responsibilities of the judiciary. The insightful speeches delivered by senior advocates ignited enthusiasm and inspired many aspiring legal professionals to pursue excellence in the judicial field.

Special gratitude to our Chairman, Thiru T. Murugesan Sir, Principal Dr. Prof. C. Rajalakshmi Ma'am, Vice Principal K. Kaliselvi Ma'am, HOD A.G. Venkatesh Sir, and A. Rajeshkumar Sir for their constant guidance and support in making this event a grand success.

Our ST Group of Institutions celebrated Women’s Day on March 7, 2026, as Sthree Shakthi Sangamam.

The event was presided over by the Chief Guest, Hon’ble Judge Mrs. T. Aparnadevi, Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Srivilliputhur.

Several distinguished women from the fields of law, agriculture, medicine, pharmacy, and nursing participated as special guests and delivered inspiring speeches to more than 1,000 women students.

Our ST Law students also actively participated in the event.

The function was led by Chairman
Mr. Thangapazham, Secretary Mr. S.T. Murugesan, and Director Mr. Subramanian. Women achievers from various sectors were honored for their contributions.

M. Thahira Begam, B.A., B.L., Commissioner of Oaths / Municipal Standing Counsel, Advisory Panel Member of the Censor Board, Vice Chairman of the Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry Bar Federation, and Advocate at Tenkasi District Courts, received an award from ST Group of Institutions in recognition of her distinguished service.

The program also included cultural performances and student competitions, and it concluded successfully with the National Anthem, celebrating women’s empowerment and social progress.
