Centre for Environmental Law - CEL The Centre for Environmental Law (CEL) an Enviro-Legal Research Centre, based in Srinagar, Kashmir. CEL is founded by Nadeem Qadri, Environmental Lawyer.

The Centre for Environmental Law (CEL) is an independent, non-profit research centre established in 2010. CEL is under the aegis of Youth Parliament of Jammu & Kashmir, a registered International Youth Organization. It has its offices at Jammu & Srinagar.
