We are India's first ever student driven rare disease legal aid clinic at Jindal Global Law School. The clinic will provide legal assistance and aid for any issues faced by people living with rare diseases. We are currently working on insurance, employment and access to medicine. Greetings. The DRC committee hopes everyone is staying safe and doing well.

We are coming up with DRC task force which aims to collect information with regard to access to Covid-19 infrastructure for persons with disabilities. We have attached the link for the survey in our bio and this survey will give us insights on how persons with disabilities are being taken care of during these unprecedented times. It will also help us understand the issues with regard to accessibility of facilities.

The form is for persons with disabilities or for those who know persons with disabilities.

We look forward to your participation in this survey.

Your support and cooperation could help us in providing timely medical facilities to the persons in need.

The Disability Rights Clinic is a student-led organisation, established under the aegis of the Clinical Programmes at JGU.

There are over 2 crore people in the vast Indian population who are disabled. These people have to endure prejudices, stereotypes and ill-treatment from others. Our nation is extremely inaccessible to our disabled population who are every bit a citizen of India as we are.

The Disability Rights Clinic will cater to the most vulnerable people with disabilities and will work toward the just implementation of various laws catering to disabled people.
