“Ahead of the ZP elections in Goa, the Siolim Free Legal Aid Cell conducted a voter awareness activity to educate people about the importance of the right to vote. Pamphlets were distributed to spread awareness and promote informed and responsible participation in the democratic process.”

On the occasion of World Senior Citizen Day, the Siolim Legal Aid Cell visited the Old Age Home at Siolim. The visit was aimed at fostering meaningful interaction with the senior citizens residing there. Members of the Cell spent quality time with them, shared conversations, and assured them of the Cell’s support in providing legal assistance whenever required. The residents were also informed about various Social Welfare Schemes applicable to their benefit. The programme concluded with light refreshments, leaving behind moments of warmth and mutual respect.
