যখন একজন জমির মালিক তার স্বপ্নের বাড়ি নির্মাণ করতে ইচ্ছুক, সেই সময় বাড়ি নির্মাণে কী কী বিষয় বিবেচনা করতে হবে?
ঘর নির্মাণে যে বিষয়গুলো বিবেচনা করতে হবে তা হলো:
(1) নিরাপত্তা,
(2) কার্যকারিতা,
(৩) স্থায়িত্ব,
(4) নান্দনিকতা, এবং
(5) অর্থনীতি।
Pl মন: উপরের তালিকায়, অগ্রাধিকারের ক্রম প্রথম তিনটি বিযয় আলোচনার্ নয় ; নিরাপত্তা, কার্যকারিতা এবং স্থায়িত্ব (সেই ক্রমে!!) যে কোনো বিল্ডিংয়ের জন্য খুবই জরুরী। নন্দনতত্ত্ব এবং অর্থনীতির মধ্যে একমাত্র একটি পছন্দ করতে পারেন। মালিক হলে নান্দনিক আবেদনের জন্য আরও ফিনিস সহ বাড়িটি তৈরি করতে চান, কেউ আরও অর্থ দিতে পারেন।স্পষ্টতই, বিল্ডিং নির্মাণের সময়, নিরাপত্তা শীর্ষে থাকা উচিত।1.1 What are the factors to be considered in the construction of a House?
The factors to be considered in the construction of a house are:
(1) Safety,
(2) Functionality,
(3) Sustainability,
(4) Aesthetics, and
(5) Economy.
In the above list, the order of priority is non-negotiable in the first three factors; Safety, Functionality and Sustainability (in that order!!) are NOT negotiable in any building. The only choice is between Aesthetics and Economy. If the owner wishes to make the house with more finishes for aesthetic appeal, one can pay more money. Clearly, while constructing the building, safety should be on top.
