This multi-stage exercise aims to create a flawless and updated voter list:
​House-to-House Enumeration (Ongoing, till Dec 4, 2025): Your Booth Level Officer (BLO) will visit every household with Enumeration Forms. They verify existing entries, identify deletions (due to death, relocation, repeated entries), and identify new eligible voters. Cooperation is key here!
​Draft Roll Publication (Dec 9, 2025): A preliminary list of voters will be published at designated locations (polling stations, Block/Sub-Divisional offices). This is your chance to review it.
​Period for Claims & Objections (Dec 9, 2025 – Jan 8, 2026):
​Form 6: Apply for inclusion if you turn 18 by Jan 1, 2026, or if your name is missing.
​Form 7: Object to the inclusion of an ineligible person, or request deletion of a deceased/shifted person.
​Form 8: Request correction of particulars or transfer of entry within the same constituency.
​Final Roll Publication (Feb 7, 2026): The corrected and updated Electoral Roll will be published, forming the basis for upcoming elections.
