Advocate Protection Act to be implemented in state : CM
Bhopal: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that Advocate Protection Act will be implemented in the state soon. Making the announcement while addressing the state bar council in the national law institute university ( NLIU ) here on Sunday. Chouhan said the state government will present the bill in the monsoon session of assembly. Chouhan also announced on the occasion that provision of amount for the construction of a library for the advocates will be made in the budget. Maximum limit of funds for treatment of serious ailments for the advocates will be hicked to Rs. 5 lakh. In case of untimely death Rs 4 lakh will be given to the kin of the deceased advocate which will include Rs 2 lakh by the state government and Rs 2 lakh by the bar council.
Chouhan said the government will make 50% matching grant for construction of advocate chamber besides, the grant given to new advocates will be increased from Rs 12000 to 25000.
The CM said people's faith in judiciary is necessary to strengthen democracy and the role of advocate in ensuring timely and fair justice is very significant.
राज्य में एडवोकेट संरक्षण अधिनियम लागू किया जाएगा: सीएम
भोपाल: मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि जल्द ही राज्य में एडवोकेट संरक्षण अधिनियम लागू किया जाएगा। रविवार को राष्ट्रीय कानून संस्थान विश्वविद्यालय (एनएलआईयू) में राज्य अधिवक्ता परिषद को संबोधित करते हुए मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह ने यह घोषणा की । चौहान ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार विधानसभा के मानसून सत्र में बिल पेश करेगी। चौहान ने इस अवसर पर यह भी घोषणा की कि वकीलो के पुस्तकालय के निर्माण के लिए राशि का प्रावधान बजट में किया जाएगा। वकालत करने वालों के लिए गंभीर बीमारियों के इलाज के लिए धन की अधिकतम सीमा रु. 5 लाख की जायेगी असामयिक मौत के मामले में मृत वकील के रिश्तेदारों को 4 लाख रुपये दिए जाएंगे, जिसमें राज्य सरकार द्वारा 2 लाख रुपये और बार काउंसिल द्वारा 2 लाख रुपये दिये जाना शामिल होंगे ।
चौहान ने कहा कि सरकार एडवोकेट चैम्बर के निर्माण के लिए 50% का अनुदान करेगी, इसके अलावा नए अघि़वक्ता की अनुदान राशि 12000 रुपये से 25000 रुपये तक बढ़ाई जाएगी।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि न्यायपालिका में लोगों का विश्वास जरूरी है। मुख्यमंत्री ने यह भी कहा कि समय पर और उचित न्याय दिलवाने में अभिभाषक की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका होती हैं।
