📌 About the Role
We are looking for dynamic, motivated, and results-driven Collection Officers to join our field team across Bihar and Jharkhand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recovering dues from micro-lending customers and ensuring smooth communication and resolution of payment issues.

📝 Key Responsibilities
• Personally visit customers and also contact them via phone, email, or mail to collect outstanding dues.
• Maintain detailed records of collection efforts and customer communications.
• Resolve discrepancies in payments and respond to customer queries effectively.
• Escalate high-risk or unresolved accounts to the management.
• Follow all company policies and legal standards for ethical and fair debt collection.
• Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude with the team and clients.

🎓 Qualifications
• Education: Intermediate (12th Pass) or Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience: Prior experience in collections or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be self-motivated, disciplined, and a good team player.
• Knowledge of local geography and fair collection practices is a plus.

📍 Bihar:
• CTC: ₹17,700/month
• Fuel: 30 Litres Petrol per month
• Incentives: Up to ₹30,000/month
• Lodging: Free lodging facility provided by the bank

• CTC: ₹21,695/month
• Fuel: 30 Litres Petrol per month
• Incentives: Up to ₹30,000/month
