Future Energy Show is a congress dedicated to investment, development and partnerships in the energy and utilities sector in the Philippines. This is an authoritative annual forum where investors, governments, utilities, energy companies and other key stakeholders focused on the Philippines will come together to discuss, dialogue and network on the development of electricity using renewable energy sources to achieve a positive impact on the environment and society.
More than 4,000 representatives of the energy industry, experts, professionals and partners of various energy projects are expected to take part in this event. Over the course of two days, the event will feature more than 80 “world-class” solution providers showcasing over 300 products that are transforming the country’s energy system. Future Energy Philippines 2023 is set to be the largest renewable energy show in the Philippines with senior executives from power supply companies including Meralco, National Electrification Authority, National Grid Corporation of the Philippines, National Transmission Corporation, National Power Corporation, etc.
Given the importance and breadth of the event being held in Manila, representatives of the W.E.T.E.R project team in the start-up zone of the Mall of Asia complex will introduce the project itself and the wind energy complex (WPP) to participants and visitors of the Future Energy Show. For clarity of perception and information support of the presented W.E.T.E.R project and the developed technical solution for generating electricity using wind energy, a working mock-up of the wind energy complex and printed material containing graphic drawings and text explanations on WPP have been prepared.
The wind power plant model demonstrates the expected appearance, design and technological operation of a technically complex device. The model product uses polymer composite materials, plexiglass, polystyrene, some elements are made using light metal products made of non-ferrous metal (aluminum), and the backlight from LED lamps is also built into the model.
The prepared information and demonstration material is able to give visitors and exhibitors of the Future Energy Show an idea about the proposed technical solution – WPP and the prospects for its use in the infrastructure of modern cities and rural areas, which will predictably draw attention to the W.E.T.E.R project and the facility being developed, give impetus to progressive development project, will create prerequisites for finding partners and attracting investment in the Pacific region.

The growing interest in the GOROD L.E.S (Logistic Eco System) and W.E.T.E.R projects in the Middle East, in Asian countries, as well as the need for information support for project activities and response to suggestions from interested parties, determined the publication of an information article in Amazing Architecture magazine, revealing the content of a new infrastructure concept, embodying a combination of objects developed under the projects of wind energy complexes and a multi-level infrastructure system of the city. In the digital magazine Amazing Architecture, which specializes in architectural projects, interior design, skyscrapers, various visualizations of architectural solutions, their sketches, products of the architecture of the future, at the beginning of April 2023, a meaningful article was posted on a new infrastructure concept with 3D animation video and graphic drawings. As conceived by the team of authors, it is proposed to create an optimal efficient urban infrastructure by applying a new infrastructural concept for developing an urban area using the example of building a part of Dubai (UAE). According to an innovative solution, the objects developed within the framework of the GOROD L.E.S (Logistic Eco System) and W.E.T.E.R projects can be used to build a new urban infrastructure. This concept involves the construction of a multi-level urban infrastructure in combination with wind energy complexes, which ensures energy efficiency and compactness of the urban infrastructure, creates a unique look of the urban complex and the attractiveness of the urban environment.
The text content, vivid video material and high-quality graphic drawings of the article give an idea of the technical novelty of the city structure, demonstrate a multi-level infrastructure and power generating buildings, a combination of their placement, operation and interaction, providing an innovative arrangement of the entire infrastructure and creating a unique architectural appearance of this territory. The proposed infrastructural concept of a part of the urban area expands the limits of a multi-level system of urban communications. It additionally provides for the creation of production facilities, industrial facilities with a possible closed production cycle, as well as the placement of administrative, public and social facilities within the city’s multi-level system.
The video materials and drawings clearly show the division of urban infrastructure into four levels:
at the first level – production facilities, production sites close to each other with minimal human presence, low traffic intensity and optimal production processes;
at the second level – engineering communications (power supply, water supply, sanitation, sewerage, heating and ventilation);
at the third level – administrative, managerial, public, social facilities and recreational areas with the greatest security for human visits;
at the fourth level – anthropogenic environment close to natural, with a large number of trees, green areas and water bodies, which will be partially isolated from other levels.
Such a construction of the production sphere and communication links allows you to create a compact, efficient and safe multi-level urban system.
The importance of the optimal construction of urban infrastructure as a center of population concentration, industrial production, management, financial activities, economic and social relations, communication and information links, and national culture, seems quite obvious. Consideration of existing problems in the development of urban areas, improving the efficiency and safety of urban infrastructure, building an optimal system of urban communications and the production sector, creating a comfortable and attractive human environment has been relevant for a long time.
The technical solutions used in the infrastructure development concept of the urban area, presented on the example of the territory of Dubai (UAE), have the prospect of being used in different countries of the world to achieve a positive economic and social effect.

In India, the Wind Power Plant (WPP), designed by inventor Denis Tiaglin, is undergoing registration and evaluation procedures
Progressive development of the international patenting of the invention "Wind Power Plant" (wind power complex) by the holder of exclusive rights to the result of intellectual activity D. Tiaglin transferred to national stages of patenting the invention in a number of rapidly developing countries in Asia.
On the basis of the international application PCT/RU2018/000686 registered by the International Bureau (IB) of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) on October 16, 2018, the international patenting procedure in the PCT system was transferred to the national phase of patenting the Wind Power Plant (WIND POWER INSTALLATION) in India, similar to the invention "Wind Power Plant" registered in the Russian Federation. The international application was published by the International Bureau (IB) of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) on May 2, 2019 under the number WO2019083411. In order to obtain a national title of protection for India through a registered patent agent for the benefit of inventor D. Tiaglin, an application for the invention "Wind Power Plant" (WIND POWER INSTALLATION) under the Patents Act, 1970 has been filed with the Indian Patent and Trademark Office (IPO) on May 12, 2020 and is registered with the Controller General of Patents, Designs and Trademarks Office of India (IPO) under No. 202047019993. After patent search and formal examination of the application, it was published in the Official Gazette on June 19, 2020 (https://ipindiaservices.gov.in/PublicSearch/). Such actions expose the subject matter of the patent to the judgment of the general public, where anyone who wishes may file objections.
During the substantive examination on July 17, 2021, the patent attorney provided additional information on the description of the invention and its claims based on a request from experts at the Indian Patent Office.
The substantive examination may take several more months, which is consistent with the legal regime for patents in India. The result of the substantive examination is not expected before the second quarter of 2023. The Indian Patent Office will grant a patent upon payment of appropriate fees if the examiners are satisfied that the invention meets the criteria for patentability. The fees cover not only the grant of the patent, but also the filing of the national application, publication, examination and correspondence with the examining authorities.

Based on the international application in the PCT (Patent Cooperation Treaty) system PCT/RU2018/000686, filed on October 16, 2018 in the International Bureau (IB) of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), the national phase of patenting the invention "Wind Power Plant" in the Republic of Korea, which is similar to the invention "Wind Power Plant", registered in the Russian Federation for the right holder D. Tiaglin. In the course of the substantive examination, the Korean Intellectual Property Office (KIPO) received a request for additional information on the technical solution from the patent attorney on December 27, 2022, and the experts suggested adjusting the contents of the abstract and claims. It is expected that the requested information will be submitted by the patent attorney to the Examination Department of the Korean Intellectual Property Office by the end of February 2023. The substantive examination verifies whether the invention meets the criteria for patentability, such as: novelty, inventive step, and industrial applicability. After the substantive examination, which may take more than one year, and a positive result, it is possible to obtain a national patent for the invention upon payment of the state fee for granting and maintaining a patent.
Given the demand and functional prospects of the claimed invention, there is a high probability of obtaining a national protection document in the Republic of Korea, as this country is economically developed and interested in the use of renewable energy sources (RES). The protection of intellectual property is one of the main priorities of the South Korean government in the process of building a creative economy based on new technologies and innovation. Recognizing the need to develop the country along an innovative path, the government has proposed and is implementing the concept of a "creative economy" in which science, innovation and information technology play a central role, which objectively affects the patent sphere.
It should be taken into account that competition in the sphere of innovations is growing, and an innovation should be characterized by novelty, market demand and economic efficiency. The winner in today's competition is the one who can not only produce new knowledge and technologies faster and with higher quality, but also transform them into a specific product and offer it on the market in the shortest possible time. Intellectual property protection is the key to innovative activities that allow companies to benefit from innovation. Based on administrative and economic conditions, scientific and design potential, South Korea has the ability to build and successfully utilize wind energy complexes.
