Our other firm Purandar Properties is located at Village Bhiwri in Purandar Taluka and is before Saswad. At Purandar Properties we specially deal in developing, buying, selling, trading and brokerage business with respect to Agricultural and NA land. We deal in agricultural land, best suitable for investments, farmhouse and plotting scheme. We have a huge land bank of plots in and around Saswad area which is very near from Pune city. We have given our customers returns upto minimum 30% within a years time. We ourselves own about 15-16 acres at different locations of Purandar Taluka and Shirwal. We take great care in evaluating and verifying any proposal hence ensuring delivery of a clear title and marketable property to ourselves and our clients.
