A survivor's testimony in court is of utmost importance in putting traffickers behind bars. Courts in India have been proactive in ensuring that survivors of trafficking are able to give their testimony in court during trial through video conference - no matter where the survivor is from, they can avail this technology to support the justice system in convicting the offender. Adv Abhijit Patil has been working hard to ensure survivors are able to avail the facility. Today, he shared with us the challenges he and his clients face when accessing video conferencing.
