साथियो’,
सामाजिक न्याय अभी भी आम आदमी के लिये दूर की कौडी साबित हो रही है। समाज में साधन सम्पन्न लोग न्याय पाते हैं, और सामाजिक – आर्थिक रुप से वंचित तबका न्याय की चौखट पर दम तोड़ देता है, साथ ही उसकी चीख की आहट भी नहीं आती है। इन्हीं वजहो से हम साथियों ने “Legal freedom”: a firm for legal solution:(जिसका अर्थ है विधिक स्वतंत्रता) नाम से फ़र्म स्थापित की है, और जिसको लगा

तार कार्यान्वित करने की ओर अग्रसर हो रहे हैं, जिससे समाज मे न्याय का समान अवसर सभी को प्राप्त हो, और इसके साथ जो मूल्य जीवन के दौरान प्राप्त हुए हैं, वह किसी काल कोठरी में कैद न होकर धरातल पर प्रतीत हो ।
दोस्तों, आप जानते हैं कि भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद-14, जिसमें विधि के समक्ष समता या विधियों के समान संरक्षण से वंचित नहीं करेने की बात कही गई है। क्या ऐसा हो रहा है? क्या संविधान निर्माताओं का सपना सच हो रहा है?
इन्हीं वजहो से हम अधिवक्ताओ ने गहन विचार-विमर्श के बाद Legal freedom”: a firm for legal solution की स्थापना की, जिससे समाज के सभी वर्गो में न्याय के समान अवसर उपल्बध हो।
हम इसके लिये प्रतिबद्ध है।
