दिनांक 27.07.2023 को अत्याधुनिक Genetic Analyzer 3500 XL का अधिष्ठापन राज्य के विधि विज्ञान प्रयोगशाला में किया गया है। जिससे विभिन्न आपराधिक काण्डों में डी0एन0ए0 जाँच कर मृतक अथवा अभियुक्त की पहचान स्थापित की जा सकेगी। राज्य के विधि विज्ञान प्रयोगशाला में वर्ष 2013 से कार्यरत डी0एन0ए0 प्रशाखा मेें अधिष्ठापित Genetic Analyzer 3500 XL की कार्य क्षमता एक समय में चार ही नमूनों को जाँचने की थी, जबकि इस अत्याधुनिक Genetic Analyzer 3500 XL से एक समय में 24 नमूनों को जाँच करनेे की क्षमता है, विशेषकर पाॅक्सो वादों में प्रदर्शों की प्रकृति रक्त एवं वीर्य मिश्रित होते हैं, जिसमें इस अत्याधुनिक उपकरण से डी0एन0ए0 जाँच कर दोषियों की पहचान बहुत ही आसानी से की जा सकती है।
