I recently received an expired product from Instamart. I was refunded, but not the full amount. The support team mentioned that since I used a coupon, the full refund cannot be issued.
However, since receiving an expired product is an error from your side, I should be eligible for a full refund including the coupon value. Please review my case and issue the complete refund or equivalent coupon credit.
