What makes us Different from other consultants.

With Can-America you will be dealing directly with the ICCRC licensed professional to inquire in detail about all your quires. We admit the clients only if there is at least 50% chance to process the case successfully and we don’t allow our clients to submit any fraud documents especially financial documents (Most of the prospective clients asks us whether we are arranging financial support for the clients to show the money in the account for immigration purpose). Most of the agencies offer funding arrangements , which is a violation of criminal act in Canada and you will have to face the consequences for misrepresentation due to fraud documentation. Please refer Section 140 of IRPA regarding fraudulent documentation as follows.

Immigration and Refugee Protection Act - S.C. 2001, c. 27 (Section 140)

Section 140 (1) An officer may seize and hold any means of transportation, document or other thing if the officer believes on reasonable grounds that it was fraudulently or improperly obtained or used or that the seizure is necessary to prevent its fraudulent or improper use or to carry out the purposes of this Act.

Please note that even though a third part is helping you for the fund arrangements you are still held responsible even if you weren't directly aware of a perpetuated fraud. The ghosts or unethical consultants are banking (literally) on the client's desperation to get immigration to Canada. This is a perfect invitation to us-the Can-America team to instruct and advise the client on the reasons why doing these things is NOT a good idea. The reality is that if you use such tactics and are caught (which usually happens), then you may be prevented from applying for visas for much of the rest of the world. Canada has information sharing agreements with the English speaking world and many other countries including most of Europe. If fraud is noted on one, it's a likelihood all the rest will refuse.

Please note that you can also report about immigration fraud if some one pretend to be an authorized representative of a company in Canada, misusing someone else identity and license details or working as a ghost consultant advertising that they are helping people to immigrate but working without authorization of the Canadian Immigration regulatory council, which is also a criminal offense.
