With changing time and developing nation, one has to get familiar with E-courts and Virtual courts hearings.
Change is good, it's natural. This is not the first time when something major have evolved in the field of litigation, as we knew how having AIRs was one of the important essential for any Litigating Advocate but now everything is available online and even there are various platforms where we can find landmark judgements, where we don't have to go through bits and pieces of every single books and commentaries. In the same way, rushing to the court in peak office hours and waiting for your item no. to be called has evolved and we should adapt to it. Things are difficult or hard to understand in the beginning but we don't have to stop ourselves from evolving with time and such changes should not stop us from learning new things. As our profession not only requires everyday study and research but also how fast we adapt to the changes be it any amendments or the way our court works.
