We, at PKT & Associates, Company Secretaries, are looking for 2 Company Secretary Apprenticeship Trainees (Professional Exam Passed preferred) for 12/15 months Training at our office in Noida (UP).
Candidates residing in or around Noida or on Metro Route would find it comfortable to work with us as our office is in Sec 2 Noida, just 150 mtrs away from Sec 15 metro station, Noida. We work 5 days from 9:30 am to 6 pm.
We can offer learning opportunities in the areas of routine Corporate Compliances and Advisory Services under Corporate laws including FEMA, besides getting opportunity to be involved in preparing of advise and opinions for assisting board members and top management of large corporates for managing their business and Compliances.
We are presently catering to Companies from various industry segments including Oil & Gas, Power, Aviation, NBFCs, Real Estate Development and Start-ups.
