VIRTUAL INTERNSHIP

We are pleased to announce that our Virtual Internship intake process for August 2020 onwards is now open. As part of our process, we require candidates to demonstrate their writing and research skills by way of submitting a well researched article or presentation on any of the following topics:
1. IPR Laws: Rights of Source Code owners against copying and protection granted under the IPR laws.
2. Consumer Law: Recent amendments in Consumer Law.
3. NIA: Limitation period for Cheque Bouncing cases in the light of recent COVID-19 situations.
4. Insolvency : Current changes in Insolvency law and procedure for initiating Insolvency.
5. IPR: Interplay between Trademark and Design Laws.

Interested candidates may submit their article / presentation on a topic alongwith their preferred dates for internship by email to us at [email protected], latest by 25th July 2020.
