Below are the services provided by us -
Registration of the Flats/Apartment with documents processing at reasonable advocate fee for
Rs. 9,000/- including legal consultation fee and services such as:
1. Preparation of Documents and their Ex*****on in Noida Authority.
2. Ex*****on of Sub Lease Deed before Sub-Registrar, Noida.
3. Collection of Stamp Paper from SHCIL.
4. The Stamp Duties Amount can also be paid through RTGS./NEFT
5. Arrangements of 2 witnesses.
6. Collection of the Documents from Society/ Builde’s Office.
Apart from this all members have to pay Registration Fee Rs.20500/- in cash paid at the of Registration .
The possessing fee of Noida Authority to be submitted by Demand draft Rs. 1000/- in favour of “NOIDA” payable at Noida as follows.
