JOB POST: RM Law Chambers, a boutique firm, based out in Noida, is looking for an Associate having PQE 1-2 years in litigation.
Areas of practise include IBC, arbitration, corporate litigation, consumer matters etc.
Work includes drafting, researching and appearing before different courts and tribunals like NCLT, NCLAT, NCDRC, High court and Supreme Court.
Remuneration as per industry standards.

Greetings!!!

Recently, we had an opportunity to move and argue an application on behalf of our client concerning payment of dues after commencement of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) period, wherein Hon'ble NCLT, New Delhi Bench was pleased to hold that the dues after commencement of CIRP period have to be paid by the Resolution Professional failing which the moratorium in terms of Section 14 of IBC will not apply for terminating the contract/ lease.
