We are thrilled to share that our Managing Partner GP Madaan has been appointed as the Chairman of PHD Chamber of Commerce & Industry's IBC and NCLT Committee.

The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, and the revamped Companies Act have changed the face of corporate India, and affected global rankings. The Committee will, inter alia, address industry concerns, suggestions, and feedback; and make academic and representative contributions at various levels.

We are delighted that Mr. Madaan will continue his service to the evolution of corporate India in an added capacity.
