A proud moment for everyone here at Lex Providence. Mr. Rajiv Ranjan Dwivedi, Advocate-on-Record, appearing & arguing for the Appellant in the Court of Hon’ble Justices D. Y. Chandrachud and Indira Banerjee, held that the ownership of vehicle under a hire-purchase agreement remained with the finance until all the instalments were paid.
