Summary of MCA V3 webinar - 01.03.2023

1. Do not create multiple logins. Adopt One PAN One Login policy. Migrate from V2 to V3 and refer to FAQs issued by the portal.

2. Incorporation forms applied in V2 and pending approval / requiring re-submission will be visible in the V3 login only if the V3 login is created using the same email ID as linked in V2 login. You can update email ID in V2 and those forms will be visible in V3 for further Processing.

3. Issues related to Incorporation Forms are more in V2 migrated forms. These are being looked into one by one and shall resolve shortly

4. Recent problems relating to e-MOA and e-AOA are being investigated and should be resolved by tomorrow

5. DSC association of Charge Holder is not required. LTI is in the process of disintegrating rollcheck for Bank PAN - DSC and this shall be operationalised this week. After that these issues will not be faced in CHG Forms

6. DSC Association - Once needs to add all the roles played by the PAN holder in My Profile Section and then Associate DSC. After Association of DSC, check Show DSC in My Profile. If any role is still missing, you need to add that in order to avoid DSC issues while filing forms.

7. DSC Assocation - Use updated DSC Softwares for the Token Drivers and change the token password if it is the default token password. Most of the DSC errors gets resolved with this.

8. While raising service tickets, select the correct categories and sub categories and mention all the details of the complaint so that the team can try to resolve the issues.

9. LTI Specifically requested to read FAQs for each form before filing the same because of changes in the procedures of filing and data capture.

10. PAN validation for Name in user profile will happen with PAN database. Ensure to check the name as per PAN with correct break up and spelling in the PAN database. Please note that the name as printed on the PAN card might be different from PAN as per PAN Database and so, always check with database instead of relying on PAN Card Copy.

Key Points-ICSI-V3 forms

1) Trademark validation is added in Incorporation Form.

2) Every User has to create his/her id on the portal and have to register DSC through their respective login.

3) E-MOA and E-AOA is added for Section 8 Company.

4) E-Form DIR-2 is added. Most of Physical Form has been removed.

5) NIC Code 2008 needs to be provided for Object in V3.

6) E-MOA is added in Form MGT-14 in Changing Registered Office from one state to another Memorandum of Association

7) Section Pertaining to IBC added in Form MGT-14.

8) Photograph of Registered Office is added in Form INC 20-A (For Commencement of Business).

9) Form INC-22 cannot be filed if your any Form is pending for approval ( in case of change in registered office/state).

10) Type of Security to be allotted, Type of issue (Right issue/ Private Placement) is added in Form PAS-3.

11) List of allottee in included in the Form itself instead of separate attachment.

12)One declaration is added in Form PAS-3 that “There is no pending Forms for previous allotment”.

13)Form 28 is now conditional STP earlier it was non STP for all purpose.

14) Form size is increased to 10 MB.
