TiEcon 2015 (The Indus Enterpreneurs) was organised on 16th & 17th October, 2015 with the theme titled ‘The Balancing Act’. Luthra & Luthra Law Offices participated in the TiEcon 2015 with a legal clinic for start-up entrepreneurs.
At the legal clinic, Mr. Rajesh Chavda (Partner), Mr. Shikhar Kacker (Managing Associate) and Mr. Prashant Shah (Senior Associate) addressed queries of the participants on corporate law related issues.
Mr. Lokesh Shah (Partner) shared his view on tax related issues and Ms. Akanksha Singh discussed IP related issues concerning start-ups.
