We Again got the bail U/s 6 POCSO

I got this case 2 years back after the rejection of bail of our client from high court with remark that "before completion of evidence of the prosecutrix the court not inclined to grant bail"

Our client is in JC from more than last 4 years. He did registered marriage to the prosecutrix without consent of the family of the prosecutrix.

After provocation from her family, Prosecutrix misused her second DOB I'd proof and falsely implicated our client into this POCSO case.

We were trying for completion of evidence of prosecutrix from last two years but it was deliberately delayed by the prosecutrix.
On the hearing date I.e. 18 oct we got to know that our client is seriously ill and jail authorities are not treating him properly.
We requested to the court for proper treatment and demanded medical status of our client .

We got status report on 26 oct
We research on the medical status report and and filed Interim bail on medical ground on 30 oct
It was listed on 1 November.
We argued on 3rd november and got the bail for 90 days !
