The incident was occurred in Kengavelli, Salem Dist.in Tamil Nadu.

A graduate girl grabbed her boyfriend after he cheated on her by getting a government job near Kengavalli has caused a stir. Rajkumar (35), son of Raj, hails from Odiyathurai near Kengavally, Salem district. When he was working as a teacher in Naduvalur private school, he fell in love with Duraisamy's daughter Anbarasi (29) from Indira Nagar Colony. In this situation, Rajkumar got a government job as a surveyor in the revenue department in Hosur last 6 months. Rajkumar, who decided to wash his hands of Anupam after getting a government job, had been making arrangements to marry his elder daughter.

On learning about this, Anbarasi lodged a complaint with the Kengavalli police against Rajkumar for cheating on her. SI Murugesan's investigation into the complaint revealed that Rajkumar had cheated on Anbarasi by falling in love with her. Following this, Rajkumar agreed to marry Anbarasi after holding talks with both the parties. Following this, the couple got married at the Kengavalli Murugan Temple yesterday. Following this, Kengavalli SI Murugesan obtained the written consent of the parties and sent Anbarasi with her husband. The incident in which the cheating boyfriend, a graduate teenager struggled and got caught, caused a stir in the area.

ILLICIT RELATIONSHIP :

Most of the crimes are occurring due to the illicit love and the in appropriate love affairs. In Maharashtra, 2,299 murder cases were committed in 2016, 184 people were killed over illicit relationships – a fact that was revealed in the data unveiled by the National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB) recently.

In fact, Maharashtra stands third at 184 in murders committed because of illicit relationships, the NCRB data revealed. According to the NCRB, in 2016, Uttar Pradesh witnessed the maximum number of murders committed because of illicit relationships at 284, followed by Bihar at 195.

Delhi, again topped last year in the number of murders due to love affairs, with 398 cases and Maharashtra was on fifth position with 81 cases, which means at least six person died due to love affairs every month in Maharashtra.
