परम आदरणीय उच्चतम न्यायालय जी आप एक जज की अंग्रेजी को समझ नहीं पाते हैं तो इतने नाराज हो गए कि फैसले को ही रद्द कर दिया। लेकिन क्या आपको मालूम है कि जिस भाषा (अंग्रेजी) में आप अपने फैसले सुनाते हैं उसको देश की 97% जनता नहीं समझती। वह निरीह जनता क्या करे? क्या उसको भी यह अधिकार नहीं होना चाहिए कि जिस भाषा को वह समझ नहीं पाती उसमें लिखे फैसले को मानने से मना कर दे?

भारतीय भाषा आंदोलन का यह मानना है कि न्यायालयों का कार्य भारतीय भाषाओं में किया जा सकता है, तो क्यों आग्रह है अंग्रेजी का। हे देश के शासक, व्यवस्थाकार, नीतिकार और सम्बन्धित जनों, कृपया आम जन की पीड़ा को महसूस कीजिए और देश की न्याय व्यवस्था को भारतीय भाषाओं में उपलब्ध करवाएं।
