I'd like to share a recent judgment passed by the Hon'ble Bombay High Court, Aurangabad Bench, which quashed the externment (हद्दपार ) order against individual, previously removed from Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar for two years. The Court determined that the Police authorities acted without sufficient reasoning and relied on inadequate evidence. I got valuable guidance from Adv. Amol Ghoderao for preparing the case.

बॉम्बे उच्च न्यायालय, औरंगाबाद खंडपीठाने याचिकाकर्ते यांच्यावरील दोन वर्षांच्या हद्दपारीचा आदेश रद्द केला आहे. न्यायालयाने नमूद केले की प्रशासनाने पुरेशी कारणे नोंदवली नाहीत आणि अपुऱ्या पुराव्यावर कारवाई केली. सदरील प्रकरणात Adv. माननीय उच्च न्यायालय औरंगाबाद खंडपीठाने भारतीय न्याय संहिता कलम 109 , 3(5) (पूर्वीचे कलम 307, 34 IPC) अन्वये दाखल झालेल्या गुन्ह्यातील युक्तिवाद ग्राह्य धरून आरोपीला अटकपूर्व जामीन मंजूर केला आहे.
The Hon'ble High Court Aurangabad Bench has granted pre-arrest bail to the accused, considering the arguments presented, in a case registered under sections 109, 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita formerly sections 307 and 34 of IPC.

Qutab Minar is one of the finest examples of early Indo-Islamic architecture, with intricate carvings and verses from the Quran engraved on its surface.

The historic lineage of the Qutb Minar in Delhi begins with its construction in 1193 CE, initiated by Qutb-ud-din Aibak, the founder of the Delhi Sultanate and the Mamluk Dynasty. The Minar was built to celebrate victory over Delhi and mark the beginning of rule in India. Aibak could only complete the first storey before his death, after which his successor, Iltutmish, completed three more storeys in 1220 CE.

In 1369, the top storey was damaged by lightning and was later restored by Firoz Shah Tughlaq, who also added the fifth and final storey. The Qutb Minar is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, standing at 73 meters tall.
