From the classrooms of VES College of Law to the courtrooms of Mumbai, the journey has been one of continuous learning, resilience, and growth. 🏫

I am honoured to have my article, “The Architect of the Edge: Crafting a Specialised Path from Classroom to Courtroom,” featured in the 2025–26 edition of Vidhi Vivek, the annual magazine of my alma mater. Magazine 📖

This piece reflects on my transition from a law student to a practising advocate, the importance of developing a niche in an increasingly competitive profession, and the lessons that shaped my path along the way. ⚖️

Grateful to VES College of Law for this opportunity and for the foundation that continues to guide my professional journey.🙌🏻

A special and heartfelt note of gratitude to .m.s Mr. Bhushan Shinde Sir. Long before I found my footing in the profession, he believed in my potential, guided me through challenges, and continuously encouraged me to push beyond my limits. His mentorship, trust, and unwavering support have played a defining role in shaping both my career and professional outlook. Much of the confidence, discipline, and resilience with which I stand today is a reflection of the values and guidance I received from him. For that, I will always remain deeply grateful.🙏🏻

Most people think a Will = problem solved. ❌

But in cities like Mumbai, families were stuck for years in court just to prove it.

⚖️ Big shift coming under the Indian Succession Act, 1925

Sounds like relief, right?
Not so fast… 👇

🚨 Banks. Societies. Authorities
don’t always move as fast as the law

💡 One dispute in the family?
Your “simple Will” can still turn into litigation

✅ Smart estate planning today =
A properly drafted Will + strategic decision on probate

Because in law —
Clarity isn’t optional. It’s protection 🛡️

📌 If you don’t have a Will yet, this is your sign

P.S. The proposed amendment removing mandatory probate has been passed but is awaiting final notification/enforcement, so current practical requirements may still apply.

Nothing tests patience of Indian Advocates like the eCourts app ⚖️📲

Good arguments are heard.
Great arguments are prepared—and shaped in the moment.

Grateful for the opportunity to judge the Moot Court Competition organised by .collegeoflaw 🙌🏻

It was genuinely encouraging to see the confidence, effort, and willingness of participants to step forward and engage with the process. ✨

What stood out most was a simple yet powerful reminder—advocacy is as much about presence as it is about preparation. The ability to truly listen, think on your feet, and respond with clarity is what elevates an argument. 👏🏻

An enriching experience, and always inspiring to witness young minds embracing the discipline of advocacy.⚖️

Log problem laate hain… main legal solutions bana deti hoon.💃🏻

Bas farq itna hai—
main sirf kagaz pe nahi, outcome pe kaam karti hoon. ⚖️

🚨 New Law in Maharashtra — Conversion Rules Explained Simply

Want to change your religion in Maharashtra? It’s no longer just a personal decision — it’s a legal process.

The proposed Maharashtra Freedom of Religion Act, 2026 introduces strict compliance:

✔️ Conversion via force, fraud, allurement, or marriage = illegal
✔️ 60-day prior notice to District Magistrate
✔️ Registration within 25 days post conversion
❌ No procedure? Conversion can be declared void

⚠️ Penalties are serious:
• Non-bailable offence
• Up to 7 years jail + ₹5 lakh fine
• Repeat offence = 10 years jail

👉 Voluntary conversion is allowed — but follow the law, not assumptions.

📌 SAVE this for future reference
💬 Drop your questions — I’ll break them down simply
🔁 Share to spread legal awareness

⚖️ Because knowing the law isn’t optional anymore.

📢 Disclaimer: Passed by Maharashtra Legislature on 16.03.2026. Awaiting Governor’s assent before enforcement.
