कोविड-१९ लॉकडाऊनच्या काळात बहुतांश लोक आपापल्या घरीच थांबले असताना,

मी मात्र एक 'फ्रंटलाइन स्वयंसेवक' (अग्रभागी राहून काम करणारा स्वयंसेवक) म्हणून कार्यरत होतो. मी गरजू समुदायांना तातडीचा दिलासा देण्याचे, रेशन किट्सचे वाटप करण्याचे, वंचित घटकांसाठी वैद्यकीय उपचारांची व्यवस्था करण्याचे, लसीकरण मोहिमांचे आयोजन करण्याचे, तसेच स्थलांतरित कामगार आणि बेघर लोकांना शिजवलेले अन्न पुरवण्याचे काम करत होतो.

जागतिक महामारीला आता ६ वर्षे उलटली आहेत!

I was a frontline volunteer providing immediate relief to vulnerable communities, distributing ration kits, arranging medical treatment for the underprivileged, organising vaccination drives and providing cooked meals to migrant workers and homeless.

आज, जस्टिस फॉर घोडबंदर रोड (JFGR) टीमने पत्रकार परिषद घेतली जिथे विविध वृत्तवाहिन्यांचे प्रतिनिधी उपस्थित होते. या संवादादरम्यान, आम्ही आमच्याविरुद्ध एफआयआर का नोंदवण्यात आला, त्यामागील खरी कारणे आणि या प्रकरणावरील आमची भूमिका स्पष्टपणे सांगितली.

जड वाहनांच्या वेळेचे कोणतेही नियम नाही आणि जड वाहनांनी लेन शिस्तीचा अभाव दाखवल्याने घोडबंदर रोडवरील रहिवाशांच्या त्रासात भर पडली आहे. त्यामुळे आम्ही २१ फेब्रुवारी रोजी गायमुख चौपाटी गेटवर निषेध केला.

आमच्या टीमविरुद्ध एफआयआर दाखल करून पोलिस माझा आवाज दाबण्याचा प्रयत्न करत असतानाही, आम्ही अजूनही घोडबंदर रोडवरील असंख्य रहिवाशांचे प्रतिनिधित्व करत आहोत आणि आम्ही न्यायासाठी आमचा लढा सुरू ठेवू.

Today, Justice For Ghodbunder Road (JFGR) team conducted a press conference where representatives from various different news channels were present. During this interaction, we clearly explained why the FIR was registered against us, the actual reasons behind it and our stand on the matter.

There is no regulation of heavy vehicle timings and lack of lane discipline by heavy vehicles has added to Ghodbunder road resident woes, hence we protested on 21st Feb at Gaimukh chowpatty gate.

I stand by the common man, even when the Police are trying to suppress my voice by filing a FIR against our team, we still stand strong, representing countless Ghodbunder Road residents and we shall continue our fight for Justice.

कालच्या घोडबंदर रोडवरील आंदोलनानंतर, आम्हाला आश्वासन देण्यात आले आहे की वाहतूक पोलिस विभाग आमच्या मागणीवर अंतर्गत चर्चा करेल आणि जड वाहनांच्या सिंगल-लेन संकल्पनेची अंमलबजावणी किती लवकर करता येईल याबद्दल अपडेट देईल.

तथापि, जर हे लवकरात लवकर लागू केले नाही, तर आम्ही आणखी एक मोठे आंदोलन आयोजित करू.

जर चर्चेद्वारे यावर तोडगा निघाला नाही, तर आम्ही पुन्हा रस्त्यावर उतरू, पुन्हा आंदोलन करू आणि गरज पडल्यास उपोषण देखील करू.

आमच्या टीमने काल आयोजित केलेल्या आंदोलनासंदर्भात, आम्हाला सर्वांना संध्याकाळी ७:०० वाजता पोलिस ठाण्यात बोलावण्यात आले होते, आम्ही वेळेवर पोहोचलो. कासारवडवली पोलिस ठाण्याच्या वरिष्ठ पोलिस निरीक्षकांसोबत बैठकीचे नियोजन करण्यात आले होते.

आम्हाला जवळजवळ दोन तास पोलिस ठाण्यात वाट पहावी लागली आणि शेवटी, रात्री ९:०० वाजता बैठक संपली.

चर्चेदरम्यान, आम्ही आमच्या चिंता शांतपणे, जबाबदारीने आणि ठामपणे मांडल्या. आमचे लक्ष सार्वजनिक सुरक्षिततेवर आणि घोडबंदर रोडवरील चालू समस्यांवर कायमस्वरूपी तोडगा काढण्यावर राहिले.

आम्ही हे आंदोलन नेहमीच कायदेशीर आणि शांततापूर्ण मार्गाने सुरू ठेवू, कारण ही वैयक्तिक लढाई नाही तर सार्वजनिक सुरक्षेसाठी सामूहिक प्रयत्न आहे.

After yesterday's Ghodbunder Road protest, we have been given assurance that the Traffic Police Department will internally discuss our demand and provide us with an update on how soon the heavy vehicle single-lane concept can be implemented.
However, if this not implemented at the earliest, we will organize another major protest.

If it is not solved through discussions, we shall take to the streets again, protest again and even go on a hunger strike if required.

In connection with the protest organized yesterday by our team, all of us were called to the police station at 7:00 PM, we reached on time. A meeting was scheduled with the Senior Police Inspector of Kasarwadavli police station.
We had to wait at the police station for nearly two hours, and finally, the meeting concluded at around 9:00 PM.

During the discussion, we presented our concerns calmly, responsibly, and firmly. Our focus remained on public safety and finding a permanent solution to the ongoing issues on Ghodbunder Road.

We will always continue this movement through lawful and peaceful means, as this is not a personal fight but a collective effort for public safety.

ही समस्या मला मेडोजमधील रहिवासी आणि कलाकार असलेल्या श्रीमती मयुरी यांनी निदर्शनास आणून दिली होती आणि मी ही बाब तातडीने हाती घेऊन सातत्यपूर्ण पाठपुराव्याद्वारे मोठे यश मिळवले.

My numerous letters for enhancing cleanliness and maintenance of Kashinath Ghanekar auditorium has led to prioritising our cultural landmark Dr Kashinath Ghanekar Auditorium by Thane municipal Corporation after years of neglect.

This issue was highlighted to me by a fellow Meadows resident and artist Smt Mayuri and I took it up on war footing bringing in tremendous results by persistent followup.

सर्वप्रथम, या राजकीय प्रवासात मला पाठिंबा देणाऱ्या प्रत्येकाचे मी आभार मानते. मी एक नवखी उमेदवार होते, जी नैतिकता आणि आदर्शांवर विश्वास ठेवत होती, पण मला हे कळून चुकले की फक्त पैशांच्या जोरावर मते विकत घेतली जातात आणि लोक राजकीय पक्षाच्या चिन्हावर किंवा नावावर अशिक्षित गुन्हेगारांना निवडून देतात.

मी केलेल्या वैयक्तिक चांगल्या कामाकडे दुर्लक्ष केले गेले, पण हरकत नाही, मी मतदारांच्या निर्णयाचा आदर करते आणि निवडणुकीच्या निकालाची पर्वा न करता मी चांगले काम करत राहीन.

तसेच, निवडणुकीच्या निकालापूर्वी आणि नंतर मला प्रोत्साहनपर संदेश पाठवणाऱ्या प्रत्येकाचे खूप खूप आभार.

Firstly I thank everyone who supported me on this political journey, I was a first timer who believed in morals and idealism realising that only money packets can buy a vote and people elect uneducated criminals on the basis of a symbol or name of the political party.

Individual Good work done by me was neglected but that's okay, I respect the voter's decision and I shall continue to do good work, irrespective of the election results.

Also a Big Big thank you to everyone who sent me encouraging messages before and after elections results.
I walk with my head held high as I have never compromised on my morals and I shall never compromise on the same to win elections.
Every vote I got was earned by me through my hard work unlike others who distributed money packets and this is my Pride!

I continue my Political journey with Nationalist Congress Party (Ajit Pawar faction) as they showed faith in me when other Political parties stood by money and muscle power.
