It was breathtaking and intoxicating experience to run for half marathon (21 kms) for ‘Canrun 2023, Mumbai’ on 06 Mar 2023. It is, perhaps, the last marathon run before summer heat sets in. CANRUN is a cancer awareness run, in support of Tata Memorial Hospital cancer patients. It is organised to create awareness for health, cancer awareness and prevention in particular. “When health is absent, wisdom cannot reveal itself, art cannot manifest, strength cannot fight, wealth becomes useless, and intelligence cannot be applied.” – Herophilus.
