I had the privilege of attending the recent event "Empowering Women Entrepreneurs: Unlocking Financial Resources for MSMEs," organized by Dun & Bradstreet in collaboration with Union Bank of India at the Courtyard Marriott.

It was an incredible opportunity to network and learn from an inspiring panel of speakers, including Mahua Ghosh of The Filling Station, Zaiba Sarang Co-Founder of iThink Logistics, Sandhya Shetty, M.D. Of Snyergy Packaging Pvt. Ltd. and other remarkable women entrepreneurs. The insights shared were practical and empowering, particularly for women in the MSME sector.

The event was impeccably organized, allowing me to connect with phenomenal women entrepreneurs and professionals making significant strides in their fields. I’m eager for more enriching experiences like this!

One highlight was the chance to gain valuable business insights from Ms. Sandhya Shetty, Managing Director of Synergy Packaging Pvt. Ltd., whose extensive experience was truly inspiring. I also connected with several other women entrepreneurs, including Ms. Khyati Shah, Business Development Manager at SNCO Global Consulting.

*B. WILL MUTATION OF PROPERTY BE POSSIBLE THROUGH AN UNREGISTERED WILL?*

_DON'T WORRY!!.....We have the answer for all your Queries_.

✅ In India, *Registration of a Will is not Mandatory*, and *Unregistered Wills are perfectly Valid*.

✅ Therefore, any property forming part of the Will would be bequeathed in favour of the legatee or beneficiary mentioned therein without the requirement of registering the Will.

✅Depending on circumstances, after the demise of the testator, you may be required to *obtain a Probate* (i.e. if the immovable property is located in *Mumbai, Kolkata, or Chennai;* or if the Will is executed in Mumbai, Kolkata, or Chennai). If no probate is compulsorily applicable, a succession certificate may also suffice, depending on the local district rules in question. Subsequently, the property records can be mutated.
