Even if you bought a property under an HUF, 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗲𝗱.

But post-2019? The game has changed.

• The Maharashtra Co-operative Societies (Amendment) Act, 2019 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗛𝗨𝗙𝘀 𝗮𝘀 “𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝘀.”
