Exemption For Certain Establishments From Application Of Industrial Employment Standing Order Act, 1946 In Karnataka

Government of Karnataka vide notification bearing no LD 194 LET 2016 has further exempted IT/ITES/Startups/Animation/ Gaming/ Computer Graphics/ Telecom/BPO/KPO/other knowledge based Industries for a period of another five years from the applicability of Industrial Employment (Standing Order) Act, 1946. This in continuation to the earlier notification dated on 25th January 2014, vide notification no LD 53 LET 2013 released towards exempting IT/ITES/Startups/Animation/ Gaming/ Computer Graphics/ Telecom/BPO/KPO/other knowledge-based Industries for a period of five years from the applicability of Industrial Employment (Standing Order) Act, 1946.
