We are simply a group of some professionals like – architect, solicitor, Media & Marketing planner , representative of financers and some trusted property consultant, who give their respective services to the developers at the start of the project and
in return take marketing right of some portion of the total property at a very exclusive rate which is not available in general market. Along with that we have some exclusive properties of initial investors who generally sell their properties on very competitive rate. We focus only on those properties where we enjoy an special relation with builders , investors and have direct access to all affairs of the developers like their legal proceeding, construction planning and related matters. How we work:
Our working style is very simple . Apart from the other services like Legal and Media solution , we mostly arrange finance for the builder after checking the legalities of the project before the start of the project. In return we take some portion of the project at very special rate to trade. The developer gives us special rate because we arrange finance at this stage when no construction work started. As any properties goes to at least 2 hands before going to end user. 1st level investor invest before the construction of the project then he sell it to 2nd level investor after the construction starts . Then it comes the turn of final user . The 2nd level investor finally sell to the end user when the project is about to complete. In this system an investor always enjoy good appreciation and a final user always enjoy good rate. This type of trading cannot be widely published in market due to developer’s restriction , It is generally done in very low profile way. Whom we can extend our services :
We can extend our services only those investors and final buyers who are sure about his approach. We are not general agent , we exclusively promote and sell only those project which is in our direct access and where we enjoy special rate and status. We can also extend our services to those developers who need legal assistance, Media and Marketing planning.
