Update on DSC:

Office of CCA has incorporated latest changes to Verification Guidelines and are with immediate effect. (These would be published in the website soon).

For proof of Attesting Officer, either one of below is mandatory.
1. Contact Details of Attesting Officer including the name, designation, office address and contact number.
2. OR Self Attested copy of organisational Identity Card of Attesting Officer.

Earlier both were mandatory.

Additional Notes:
1. ID card of Attesting Officer, if given, should be the Organizational ID Card (Not the PAN Card, etc)
2. Contact Details should be as part of attestation. If provided separately, it should be attested either by Applicant or Attesting Officer.
3. Contact Number of the Attesting Officer should be the office number, and should be accessible in case of any future query.
4. For Organizational Documents, if they are attested by Authorized signatory, Attested copy of ID Card of the Authorized signatory is mandatory.
