Due Date - 31st December,2022.

a) 31st December is the Last date for filing Belated/Revised return for FY 2021-22, if the return is not filed before 31st December 2022 then the taxpayer will not be able to file/revise his Income tax return for FY 2021-22.

b) 31st December is the last date for Filing GSTR9 and GSTR9C for FY 2021-22, or else late fees of Rs 200 per day maximum up to 0.25% of Turnover shall be applicable also a general penalty of Rs. 25,000 shall be charged for late filing of GSTR-9C.
