Our Partner Bharat Raichandani was invited to address members at the National Conference on GST hosted by Ahmedabad Branch of WIRC of ICAI The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India at Ahmedabad.

He spoke on “Recent Landmark Rulings on GST”. He spoke on issues from consolidated scn/orders to input tax credit; from penalties to section 74; from mistakes to mismatch; from fake invoices to fake registrations.

The session was attended by over 350 chartered accountants. It was an interactive and lively session.

Our Partner Bharat Raichandani was invited to address members at the GST Summit on “Law and Practice before GST Appellate Tribunal” hosted by ACAE, Kolkata EIRC The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India at The Park Hotel, Park Street, Kolkata.

He spoke on Appeals and arguments before the GST Appellate Tribunal. The Chief Guest for the session was Hon’ble Justice Satya Gopal Chattopadhyay, Vice President; GSTAT; Kolkata.

The session was attended by over 100 chartered accountants. It was an interactive and lively session.

We are grateful to the jury who considered us worthy of the honour. We would also like to thank Aakriti Raizada for setting up such a wonderful platform for recognising lawyers and their contributions for over 15 years.
