Additionally, Under Election Commission guidelines the proposed party name cannot be offensive, communal, misleading, or deceptively similar to an existing recognised political party.
Well! To sum it up., It is upon the discretion of the Election Commission to examine whether the proposed name violates standards of decency, public order, or creates confusion among voters, as per section 29A.
