Pre Litis Services Law Firm - Prevents Litigation by Mediation between adversaries - If no outcome, then moves into Litigation from Trial Court up to Supreme Court of India

How do we do ADR [Alternative Dispute Resolution] & What if it fails? ADR is a process in which a neutral person sorts out a dispute or helps the parties to resolve their disagreement. Examples of these processes include contractual arbitration and mediation. We evaluate your case first: If you are the one bringing a lawsuit (Plaintiff), or you are the one being served with the notice; the Defenda

nt(s) – dragged into the lawsuit, we evaluate your case based on the facts and supporting material documentary evidence. Based on our objective evaluation, we advise you (Plaintiff / Defendant) about your chances of winning in the law suit. After seeing the merits in your case (Plaintiff / Defendant) and based on your approval, our advocates initiate talks with the opposing party / parties and/or their advocates attempting to settle the matter ( on mutual acceptance) in order to avoid a lengthy litigation process. Our records show, if the talks are initiated in good faith with an objective reasonable belief in preventing litigation, 45% to 50% cases are resolved by mediation. The cases don’t go into litigation. Should the talks fail and the litigation starts; we support you fully with our skills of legal research coupled with professional drafting of plaints, responses, writ petition, etc. right from Trial Courts to High Court going all the way up to Supreme Court of India.
