Bhoomi Poojan of Udaar Goregaon a society which was demolished by MCGM and the Members were deprived of their shelter for 5+ years.

Society appointed us the legal advisors in 2023
and in less than a year we have not only managed to assist the society to shortlist and appoint the Developer but also ensured the ex*****on and registration of the Development Agreement and other necessary documents ensuring the Society Members receive rent, corpus, additional area and all other redevelopment benefits.

Shortly an iconic residential cm commercial building shall come up at SV Road Goregaon

We are happy to announce that we at Malkani’s have successfully got a stalled redevelopment project to kick start at SV Road Goregaon West

This society had previously appointed a developer who was unable to carry out redevelopment and in the due course the society building being dilapidated had to be pulled down resulting in members being deprived of their shelter and were without any compensation or rent for last 5+ years

The society approached Malkani’s and appointed us as their legal advisors in May 2023 and in less than 6 months we under the able guidance of advocate DK Malkani and advocate Hitesh D Malkani have been able to legally assist the society to appoint new developer H Rishabraj (Harish Jain) and also managed to execute Development Agreement and ensured the members received rent, compensation and other benefits of redevelopment

Looking forward to a spectacular residential cm commercial project coming up on prime location at SV Road Goregaon West

This society has flat belonging to Mumbai Police Department for which we managed to successfully get the requisite permission from the Home Department Government Of Maharashtra and Commissioner of Police Mumbai
