Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar was a member in the Viceroy's Council from 1942 to 1946 and brought about several reforms. He introduced leave benefits, employee insurance, medical leave, equal pay for equal work, minimum wages and so on.
Also, the Reserve Bank of India is a gift to all of us from Sir's book The Problem of Rupee: Its Origin and Solutions.
The guidelines of forming RBI were presented to the Hilton Young Commission.

The original copy of the Constitution of India was handwritten by Prem Bihari Narain Raizada.
He wrote the whole book in flowing Italic style with calligraphy and the pages of the book of the Constitution of India were decorated by artists from Shantiniketan
