Porfolio Judge Hon'ble Mr. Justice Devashis Barua for Tinsukia district visited Margherita Bar and took a stock of situation about the problems facing by Margherita Judiciary, Advocates and litigant publics. Bar Association also submitted a memorandum signed by President Sri Tirtha Sarathi Mukherjee and Secretary General Sri Subhajit Debnath, containing some burning issues that may be taken up on priority basis to solve. Hon'ble Judge was accompanied by Smt. Rashmita Das, Hon'ble District & Sessions Judge and Judicial Officers of Margherita Courts, Hon'ble Additional District & Sessions Judge (1) Sri Anil Kumar Basfor, S.D.J.M. Sri Navneet Kashyap and J.M.F.C. cm Civil Judge, Junior Division Sri Sanjay Karmakar.
