Annexure B
QUALITATIVE REQUIREMENTS
1. Must be between 21 years and 40 years of age.
2. Minimum 10th Grade Pass (Proof of Education Certificate required).
3. Must be able to communicate in English (read, write, speak and comprehend well)
4. Arabic language skills is an added advantage.
5. Must be at least 5’7” (170 cms) tall.
6. Must be physically fit (neither obese nor thin) with a BMI of 24 to 27.
7. Must be able to push, pull, jump, climb, carry and run to conduct security duties.
8. Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of security. (Certificate Required)
9. Ex-Military/Police force preferred.(Service Certificate required)
10. Must have pleasing manners and attitude.
11. Must be medically fit (Fitness certificate required).
Annexure C
SALARY AND BENEFITS
1. Basic Salary - QR 900/- per month (9 hours of duty per day)
2. Food Allowance - QR 300/- per month
3. Daily Overtime - QR 325/- per month (3 hours of duty per day)
4. Off Day - Once a week. Will be paid Friday OT, if worked
due to exigencies of service as per Labor law.
5. Accommodation - Provided by Company
6. Transportation - Provided by Company
7. Annual Leave - 21 days of paid leave on completion of one year
of service
8. End of Service Benefit - As per Labor law.
