In my petition Hon'ble High Court at Lucknow has granted a week time to State Government to reply, why the Chairman to the U.P. Waqf Tribunal has not been appointed in terms of New Waqf Act.

Another Sucess:
After Commencement of Waqf Amendment Act, 2025, I filed the First Case in the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad Sitting at Lucknow in State of U.P. under the Amended Proviso of Section 83. By means of an Order I am able to get the order of Status Quo on First Day of Hearing.
