**E INVOICE ALERT**
MANDATORY from 01.08.2023
For the Taxpayer whose Aggregate Turnover is more than 5 Crore

*Important points related to GST turnover in E Invoice

In case the Aggregate Turnover exceeds 5 crore in any of the previous 5 years, then E-invoice would be applicable

For the purpose of limit of Aggregate Turnover, even the Exempted Turnover would be considered*

Now, the CBIC vide Notification No. 07/2023 – Central Tax dated March 31, 2023 has reduced the amount of late fees for filing the return under section 44 of the CGST Act viz. Annual Return, which may include the self-certified reconciliation statement (GSTR 9 & GSTR 9C), for the financial year 2022-23 and onwards in the following manner: –

Maximum late fee caped for non filer of GSTR 9, GSTR 4 & Final returns (GSTR 10), if period of filing is between 1 April 23 to 30 June 23

Maximum Late Fees would be:
GSTR 9 - ₹ 20,000
GSTR- 4 - ₹1000
GSTR-10 - ₹ 1000
