एक अधिवक्ता की सोच-समझ, उसके परोपकार कर्म और संवेदनशील हृदय को एक अधिवक्ता ही समझता है...👩‍⚖️ वकील भी मन से कठोर नही, बल्कि संवेदनशील ही होते हैं..पारिवारिक रिश्तों में अंतिम चयन तो पक्षकारों को ही करना होता है वकील तो कानून और न्याय अनुसार अदालतों में अपने पक्षकारों का पक्ष प्रस्तुत करते हैं और ऐसे मामले जिनमें वैवाहिक रिश्ते सही से चलने की गुंजाइश हो, तो कोर्ट में तलाक रोकने का प्रयास करते हैं और पक्षकारों को वैवाहिक रिश्ता निभाने की सलाह देते हैं ✍️

Adish C Aggarwala, a former vice president of the Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) and senior advocate, has won the presidential election for the executive committee of the association.
The polls witnessed an almost 80% voter turnout, with a total of 2208 votes cast by the 2800-member-strong electorate.
Aggarwala's second-in-command is Senior Advocate Sukumar Pattjoshi, who has been elected the vice president of the bar association. Pattjoshi - with a total of 530 votes - has defeated nine other candidates including senior advocates Rachana Srivastava (306), Vibha Data Makhija (209), and Pavani Mahalakshmi
(165). Advocate Rohit Pandey has also raced ahead of the other candidates to win the post of secretary.
Counting is still underway to determine who has been elected to the remaining posts. The election result with respect to the other posts in the executive committee will be declared tomorrow.
